We offer a one-of-a-kind experience for individuals looking to relax and rejuvenate. Our retreat takes place on the sunny San Diego bay and a 73' yacht that provides a serene environment for people to immerse themselves in yoga and meditation, with a focus on holistic wellness and tranquility.
THE VENUE
We offer a full day experience of yoga and wellness activities for our retreat goers that includes a yoga class and sound healing session on our bay front lawn and breathwork, cryotherapy on our 73' yacht, the Nerissa. The Nerissa is equipped with a hot tub, bar, complimentary food and drinks and booths for shopping, providing a perfect blend of relaxation, wellness and community in a stunning coastal setting.
